  ALWAYS a wonderful experience with my Keeshond!! Dr. Riddel & his wife Kim are FABULOUS, compassionate, caring & knowledgeable. Pricing is great & affordable and not outrageous!! They make caring for our Keeshond easy, affordable & always a happy experience. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Riddel at Jordan Bay Animal Hospital. Their friendly staff are always on-top of everything & are GREAT with the animals - and the humans ;) Overall, a great place for your fur-babies to be cared for in an intimate, small & friendly office :) 5 Stars all around & "Pancake" seals her approval with 2 Paws up!!

  We love Jordan Bay Animal Hospital! Dr. Eric Riddell his amazing Kim, and entire staff are truly amazing, caring, fun, and beyond knowledgable when it comes to our pets health! I speak from the bottom of my heart, we love our pets. We always feel that Dr. Eric and his staff care about our pets like we do. Their tender voice and hands. They never make us feel like we're over reacting but instead make us feel like our babies are important to us! A great medical doctor is known for their bedside manner and how they make their patients feel heard, cared for, and therefore advocate. We feel this way about Dr. Eric and his staff. Their bedside manners are exceptional and they're real! It never feels like a place that is just trying to make a living. We know they love animals! We see it and we feel it. We feel blessed to have Dr. Eric fas our vet for we've had several serious problems with our dogs such as a nasty bad mutated kennel cough that almost killed our two dogs, a ruptured disc in the back of one of our Shitzus, a broken leg of another, and a horrible heart murmur in our kitty, and Dr. Eric knew our hearts for our pets and he didn't mess around. He made us feel comforted, showed us what the problem was, and did what needed to be done to move forward and help our babies. Several times, he even consulted with other experts and took immediate action that honestly most people would have told us to put our pets to sleep or this isn't worth doing. He was GREAT and didn't give up! Our home is doing well, 3 dogs, and 4 cats! All because we have an amazing vet and staff! We also feel like they are our friends. They make US feel loved and cared for. They love our kids and care about us as a family and how we're doing. We would recommend Dr. Eric and his staff at Jordan Bay Animal Hospital and would give a hundred stars if we could! Thank you Dr. Ridell and your beautiful loving wife and staff who cares so much for our babies!
